Cider-brined Pork Chops With Sauteed Apples

Here’s what you need to know about brining pork chops – it’s the fast track to a super juicy, tender cut of meat. A brine is essentially a marinade, with a lot more salt. Don’t worry the meat won’t taste salty, though, just well seasoned. And not only is the outside of the meat well-seasoned, but the flavor works itself all the way to the inside, too. You’re going to love it! If you have time, I recommend brining the pork chops overnight, or at the very least for a few hours.

Nom Nom Network respects the chefs, bloggers and cookbook authors that create many of the amazing recipes you find on Nom Nom Network. We're here to help you find the right recipe to meet your needs, but the actual recipe lives where it was created and that's where we send you to get preparation instructions. We realize it's an extra click for you, but we're pretty sure you'll agree the recipe instructions should stay with the recipe creator.
