Tilapia Tacos With Mango Avocado Salsa

These tacos are so quick and easy to throw together and are full of fresh and bold flavors that I just can’t seem to get enough of this time of year. The salsa is completely customizable because it’s salsa and I’m pretty sure salsa is Spanish for anything goes so add more or less of whatever you like to suit your tastes. If you don’t have mangoes, about a cup and a half of diced pineapple makes an excellent substitute and, if you aren’t a big fan of fish, the tilapia can be swapped out for basically any other kind of meat.
