Here’s what you need to know about brining pork chops – it’s the fast track to a super juicy, tender cut of meat. A brine is essentially a marinade, with a lot more salt. Don’t worry the meat won’t taste salty, though, just well seasoned. And not only is the outside of the meat well-seasoned, but the flavor works itself all the way to the inside, too. You’re going to love it! If you have time, I recommend brining the pork chops overnight, or at the very least for a few hours.
